Privacy

1. Fujipoly will manage and observe with the Japanese Industrial Standards "Personal information protection management systems - Requirements" (JIS Q 15001) when Fujipoly collect, use, supply the personal information.
2. We will handle the personal information that the employees take an education and enlightenment, then the person in charge manage it.
3. Fujipoly will implement reasonable safety, prevention, and corrective measures against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or leakage of personal information and other risks.
4. Fujipoly will only use the Personal Information for the following purposes.
   
   To respond to inquiries in relation to our objects.
   To improve our service.
   To implement any other activity related to any business of our company.
5. Fujipoly will use the collated personal information within the customer's consent or unless otherwise set out by law, ordinance or other regulation, we will never disclose or provide personal information to any third party without a customer's consent.

6. Fujipoly will carry out appropriate reviews of the Personal information protection management systems from time to time and strive for continued improvement.
